Delete your Parlo account

Use this page to request permanent deletion of your Parlo account and associated cloud data. You do not need the app installed, and you do not need to sign in here.

Parlo is the Android app by NXGN Tools on Google Play (com.jrguazon.parlo).

After you send the request, we’ll email confirmation within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days.

On a valid request, we delete:

• Account (email login / OTP auth identity)
• Profile fields (display name, avatar, and similar)
• Practice sessions and transcripts synced to the cloud
• Practice audio recordings in cloud storage
• Onboarding preferences / private app state stored with us
• Analytics events tied to the account, where feasible to identify and remove

In-app “Reset app data” deletes cloud app data but does not delete your account. This page is for full account and data deletion.

Subscriptions. Cancel your Google Play subscription separately (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). Deleting your Parlo account does not automatically cancel billing or issue a refund.

Limited retention. We may retain limited records when required by law or for legitimate needs such as fraud or abuse prevention and billing records (for example, subscription status metadata). Aggregated analytics that no longer identify you may also remain.
